Overview
GlobalMart is a fledgling startup in the burgeoning E-Commerce space with a presence in the North America and Europe region.
It has a presence across 120 markets and primarily deals with 3 lines of business :
- Technology
- Office Supplies
- Furniture
Being in the early stages of their business, GlobalMart has touched more than 2000 customers placing 5000+ orders to date. The company maintains its business transactions in plain Excel as of now. However, with the growing volume and complexity of the data, GlobalMart has quickly realized that they need to move to a more robust and scalable system of tools.
You have recently joined GlobalMart as an Information Architect. One of your core responsibilities would be to design and deliver a data-driven decision-making system to help business stakeholders track operations, discover insights and take informed action for business success.
