Background

Enqurious designs the path from the people a data and AI team has today to the people its projects need, and stays until they are ready.

A client asks a data and AI services company for people in a specific role, sometimes a role that did not exist last year. The company has people, but does not know who is ready and what each person is missing. Months of training and course licences often end with people who are still not ready when the client asks.

Enqurious shortens the time between hired talent and project-ready talent. Leaders find out who is project-ready in days, and close the gaps for the rest in weeks.
